Maintenance is important for any garden, whether it’s a new installation, an established yard or a container of plantings. The maintenance division of Several Seasons can provide weekly or monthly programs as well as seasonal cleanup and fertilization programs. Several Seasons’ maintenance standards include organic weed control, integrated pest management and organic fertilization schedules for all gardens. Our philosophy at Several Seasons is “there is no need to panic when we go organic”.

Additionally, Several Seasons has expertise in irrigation and water management, and we have acquired the Tier 4 Exemption from the Marin Municipal Water District for many of our maintenance gardens. Several Seasons provides each maintenance client with an irrigation summary and a regularly updated review of their irrigation clock timers.

Lastly, Several Seasons offers a special pro-active communication service with customers concerning the status of their garden. This provides each client with an updated assessment for controlling insect & disease problems and for scheduling lawn and plant care including fertilization, pruning and deadheading.

Bulmaro Serrano is the Manager of the Installation and Maintenance Divisions for Several Seasons. He has been working in landscape construction and maintenance for over 17 years and has been with Several Seasons since 2004. He is a family man and has lived in California for over 20 years.
He has many talents including: stone masonry, concrete construction, decks, stairs, wood gates and fences, stand-alone walls, fountains, BBQ, and all levels of planting and irrigation including lawns, gardens, tree planting, pruning and maintenance, all with expert standards. His knowledge of irrigation installation and repair is excellent and he keeps his education current with the newest product lines and irrigation methods.
He runs a very tight crew and keeps all crew members working quickly and on task. He has a strong work ethic, is bilingual and he completes the job on a timely basis, always with safety and budget as first priorities on his projects.
